She is survived by: her daughter Amanda Haun; her brothers, Johnny (Teresa) and Vann Dorn; her grandson Aiden Clark; her nieces, Ashley and Marie Dorn; and her nephew David Dorn of Birmingham, AL. She is also survived by cousins, friends and family.
