He was predeceased by: his father Andrew B. Musulman (Buddy). He is survived by: his children, Charles Andrew and Anna Kathleen (Katie); his mother JoAnna Kelley Musulman; and his sister Kelley Cole (Jason). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, and close family friends.
