He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Thompson; his parents, Luther Gordon Thompson and Carlene Thompson (Reynolds); and his brother Kenneth Thompson. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Thompson (Renae) and Meredith Long (Travis); and his grandchildren, Trent Thompson, Bailey Long, Haley Thompson and Callie Long. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces & nephews.
