He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Mark, Scott, Jamie, Kreg and Beth; his grandchildren, Cedar, Maisie, Smith and Knox; his brother-in-law Tony; his aunt Nancy; his uncle Frank; and his cousins, James and Missy. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
