She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mitchell Earnest and Betty Sailors Earnest Argo; and her sister Amy Earnest. She is survived by: her husband Barry Nichols; her son Jeremy Foshee (Leslie); and her grandchildren, Laurel Wyn, Sailor and Margaret.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Republic Baptist Church (1552 Republic Rd, Birmingham, AL 35214). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Walker Memory Gardens (692 AL-5, Jasper, AL 35503).
