He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Slocum (Jeremy), Melissa Needham (Chris) and Bo Hailey (Heather); his grandchildren, Riley Jane, Davis, Pierce, Bo David, Preston, Jack and Nora; and his sister Debbie Webb (Robert).
