She was predeceased by: her father Richard Puryear. She is survived by: her mother Beverly Puryear; her husband Henry; her children, Clay (Kim) of Nashville, TN, Andy (Janet) of Spokane, WA and Bea of Birmingham, AL; her sister Lynne Kent of Helen, GA.; and her grandchildren, Clay, Taylor Bright, Zoe, Bella and Jack Evans. She is also survived by her family, supporting her husband and raising three children.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial can be made to a charity of your choice in Beverly's name.
