It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Goodwin (Birmingham, Alabama), who passed away on March 17, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Goodwin; her son Jimmy; her parents, Roy Franklin and Ila Franklin; and her siblings, Virginia Duncan, Verna Cox and Hollis Franklin (Ug).
She is survived by: her daughter Belinda McCullough; her son-in-law David McCullough; and her cousin Faye Thomas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
