He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Dollar and Berla Dollar; and his sister Geri Dollar. He is survived by: his wife Wynelle Dollar (Nell); his daughters, Donna Ewing (David), Beth Martin (Randy) and Patti Hood (Rusty); and his nieces and nephews, Cindy Walker (Jed), Anita Pritchett (Charles), Susan Johnson (Jimmy), Steve Edwards (Cindy) and Mike Edwards (Karen).
