She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Pettus Hearon Jr. and Elizabeth Robinson Hearon; and her brother Lee Hooper Hearon. She is survived by: her husband K. Wayne Vickery; her brother Bob R. Hearon (Pat); her sister-in-law Faye Hearon; her nephews, Randall Scott Hearon (Marion) and Michael Keith Hearon (Sandra); and her niece Suzanne Hearon of Washington. She is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to the Greater Birmingham Humane Society or the Fair Haven Fountain of Love Fund.
