Alice Christian Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice Christian of Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on February 20, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Angeline Mordecai Fowler and Johnny Moses Fowler; her husband Jack Christian; and her siblings, Idell Fowler Branyon, Adell Fowler Murphy, Nettie Fowler Sprouse, Marion Fowler, Rubie Zell Fowler, Lola Fowler Hassell, Clarice Fowler Nethery and Norman "Doc" Fowler. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ridout's Valley Chapel (1800 Oxmoor Rd, Homewood, AL 35209). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Alabama National Cemetery.
