He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Harper and Rebecca Harper; and his daughter Jessica Diane Harper. He is survived by: his wife Sonja Abbott Harper; his children, Miracle Harper, Steven Daniel Harper (Kristen), Mark David Harper (Jennifer) and Lee Burdett (Tammy); his siblings, Nancy Burke (Michael), Eddie Harper, Alan Harper (Sharron) and Tony Harper (Sheila); his grandchildren, Hunter Harper, Hannah Harper, Karter Harper and Noah Burdette; and his close friend Robbie Harper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
