It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rickey Wayne Smith Sr. of Billingsley, Alabama, born in Clanton, Alabama, who passed away on November 4, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Marie Seales Smith; his former wife Bridget Smith; his grandson Ashton Murr; and his father Clyde Smith. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Smith of Billingsley; his children, Rickey "Duke" Smith, Jr. (Brittney) of Billingsley, Candace Lawley of Jemison, Jessica Edwards of Verbena, Kim Murr of Clanton, Timothy Smith of Clanton, Mandy Harris of Gulf Shores and Bo White of Shelby; and his siblings, Robert Smith of Montevallo, Paul Smith of Montevallo, Karen Davis of Montevallo and Keith Smith of Montevallo. He is also survived by 22 Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made towards the funeral expenses at the funeral home or via the funeral home website.
