He was predeceased by: his parents, Dalton Kelley and Louise Minor Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Carol Kelley; his sister Mary K. Carlson; his siblings-in-law, Larry Thomas (Linda), Johnny Thomas, Pam Shepard, Melissa Lankford (Mike) and Vicki Wilson (Keith); and also Numerous Honorary. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews; 10 beloved Great Nieces and Nephews.
