It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Harlon Carroll of Billingsley, Alabama, born in Clanton, Alabama, who passed away on November 22, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Carroll and Grace Gray Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Linda Carroll; his children, Pam Lovett (Timmy), Lynn Capps (Shaun), Michael Carroll (Kayla), Denny Carroll (Angie), Rowdy Carroll (Julie), Jimmy Carroll (Melva), Jason Carroll and Jeffrey Carroll; and his siblings, Clay Carroll, Kenneth Carroll, Douglas Carroll, Dorrise Popwell, Milton Carroll and Troy Carroll. He is also survived by Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
