He was predeceased by: his parents, Romie Donald and Bobbie Kathryn Sadler Sibley; and his siblings, Loraine Joyce Sibley, Nellie Raye Sibley Heilman, Mary Ann Sibley, Sherry Diane Sibley Troglen, Donald Clayton Sibley, James Leo Sibley and Earl Carter Sibley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bobby Nelson Sibley of Big Cove and Charlotte Janell Sibley Fulton of Athens. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
