She was predeceased by: her husband James McDonald Sr.; and her parents, Condy Overstreet and Willie Jeanette Overstreet. She is survived by: her children, James McDonald Jr., Sandra Shew (Bill) and Brenda Baswell (Lynn); her grandchildren, Brian, Jon, Brad Shew, Eric Baswell (Jeanne), Jeremy Baswell (Jennifer) and Ashley Driver (Chris); her great grandchildren, Baker, Ellen, Kendall, Jacklyn Baswell, Wyatt and Carson Driver; and her brother Ronnie Overstreet (Deanna).
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the St. Jude's Hospital.
