He is survived by: his wife Willowdean Williams; his children, Kenneth Woods (Natalie), Rodragus Woods (Yolanda), Louis Woods and Wanda Cole; and his siblings, Charlie Williams, Jr. (Partricia), William Johnson (Lyndsey), Corey Williams and Josephine Williams-Lewis. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
