He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Bell Roy; and his son Mark P. Roy. He is survived by: his son Noel A. Roy; his grandchildren, David, Olivia and Isabella Roy; his great grandchild Maggie Roy; and his close friend Kay Cummins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
