With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michelle House Downing of Bessemer, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 27, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Clyde Entrekin (Ileen Elledge) and Maurice House (Jane Rowell); her uncle Stephen House; and her nephew Wilder Burke. She is survived by: her husband Craig Downing; her children, Drake (Abby), Zach (Emily), Jordan (Joshua), Corey, Matthew (Nicole) and Shannon; her grandchildren, Ellie, Colton, Abby, Gracie, Anna, Dixie, Maddie, Adeline, Scotti, Hayzlee and Tristan; her parents, Mickey Cleckler (Randy) and James House (Hope); her siblings, Amanda House Burke (Josh) and Richard House; her nieces and nephews, Tucker, Alden and Avery; and her in-laws, Jim, Patty and Jonathan.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to Loveless Dog and Horse Rescue.
