He is survived by: his wife Martha; his son Jeff (Beth); his grandson Chris (Jodi); his sister Wanda Bragg of Barnwell, SC; his brother-in-law James Garrard (Lisa) of Dallas, GA; and his caregiver Susan Armbrester. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorial gifts to Shriner's Hospital for Children, American Cancer Society, or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
