She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Edward Sykes and Maxine Deerman Sykes. She is survived by: her son Jason Grant Jewell (Amanda Ingimundson Jewell); her granddaughter Belle Sigrun Jewell; her brother Robert Van Sykes (Tippi Jones Sykes); and her nieces, Lindsey Sykes Brooksbank and Shelly Lynn Sykes.
