He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Ousley and Edna Ousley; and his siblings, Bill Ousley, Joe Ousley, Danny Ousley, Charles Ousley and Martha Ousley.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda Ousley; his children, Kim Kirkland (Danny), Sonya Gray (Heath) and Brian Ousley (Renee); his grandchildren, Ryan Kirkland (Lydia), Rebekah Anderson (Jordan), Amanda Gray, Hallie Ousley, Hunter Ousley and Mac Ousley; his great grandchildren, Hayden Collins and Liam Kirkland; and his siblings, James Ousley, Wayne Ousley (Libby), Mary Nichols (Tony), Brenda Mickler (John) and Edna Hester (Billy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
