She was predeceased by: her father Worthy Dunbar, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Etta Lou Acker Dunbar; her husband Steven Lucas; and her children, Tamara Herbinger (Chip), Erica Fulfer (Roy), Dannielle Paulk (Scotty) and David Lucas (Jennifer). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, other family members, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
