He is survived by: his wife Debra B. McIntyre; his children, David A. McIntyre (Christie) and Tara M. Vaught (Chris); and his grandchildren, Drake, Alan, Thomas (Savannah), Courtney (Ethan), Ana, Christopher, Christian and Hayleigh. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
