Whitely and Donavon Winters; his siblings, Joyce Whitely, Marie Brown (Arthur), Carolyn Ford (James) and Reginald Houser; his grandsons, Donovan and Roman Williamson; his nieces and nephews, Javeres Whitely, Jameka Merritt, Camryn, Daisen and Jace; his sisters-in-law, Tolanda Adams (James) and Sonya Beal; and his aunts, Annie Walker, Susie Whitely, Roxie Walker and Jeanie Ward. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, co-workers, and friends.
