It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Theodore Finley (Bessemer, Alabama), born in Shannon, Alabama, who passed away on August 3, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pat Finley and Esther Finley (Whitman); his wife Joyce Finley (Lovett); and his brothers, Wayne and David Finley.

He is survived by: his daughter Tracy Kines (John); his grandchildren, Brandi, John, Kasey, Joshua and Taylor; his great grandchildren, Lauren, Trey, Audrey, Della, Carter and Ava Gray; and his siblings, Necie Wilson (Finley), Kenny and Terry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins friends, brother in laws and sister in laws.
