He is survived by: his wife Dora Ann Hooper; his son David Hooper; his stepchildren, Tommy Kendrick, Dori Syx (Sandy), Penny Dillard (Rick) and Stacey McFarland (John); his grandchildren, Chase Hooper and Ashlyn Engle (Seth); and his stepgrandchildren, Glenn, Stephen, April, Kelsey, Tanner, Austin, Brittany, Carson, Danielle and Tori. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews.
