He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Womack and Evelyn Womack. He is survived by: his wife Doda Knight; his daughter Cary Martz (Matt); his grandsons, Alec Parr and Landon Martz; and his pet Jimmy.
The family suggests that memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
