With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara White of Bessemer, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 15, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Barbara shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Barbara farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Buford White (Pete) and Harold Simmons; her parents, Jasper Tierce and Razzie Tierce; her sister Betty Stanley; and her grandson Gavin Lawshe.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Lawshe, Buford White (Karen), Phillip White and Johnny Simmons. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
