He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Clark and Bertha Clark; and his siblings, Denver Clark, Harold Clark, William "Bill" Clark, Ruby Nell Pendley and Agnes Ary.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Logan Clark of Berry; his children, Stephen Clark (Amy) of Berry, Vicki Lawrence (Jay) of Fayette and Karen Moore (Todd) of Berry; and his brothers, Roy J. Clark of Berry, Trucking, Class, Phillip Lee and Gene Carter. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
