He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Gurganus and Eloise Gurganus. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Gurganus; his sons, Jeremy Gurganus (Stashia), Johnathan Gurganus (Wendy), Austin Gurganus and Joshua Gurganus; his sister Donna Connell; and his grandchildren, Bridget Gurganus, Jakob Gurganus, Houston Gurganus and Zachary Gurganus.
