He was predeceased by: his former wife Thelma Clark; his parents, Walter Clark and Bertha Clark; his brothers, Denver Clark and Bill Clark; and his great grandchild Chris Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy S. Clark of Berry; his sons, Patrick Clark (Linda) and Roger Clark (Jana); his stepchildren, Charles Taylor (Yvette), Debbie Willcutt (Steve) and Eugene Taylor (Pam); his siblings, Ray L. Clark, Roy Clark and Ruby Nell Pendley of Fayette; and his grandchildren, Barry Clark, Randall Clark, Raegan Hanson and Kyler Clark. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, a number of step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a host of friends and relatives.
