With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evalene Smith of Berry, Alabama, who passed away on March 27, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Reverend King David Smith; her son Richard Smith; her stepgreat-grandson Tanner Hamilton; her parents, William Kilpatrick and Lethie Kilpatrick; and her siblings, Leslie, Grady, Brady Kilpatrick, Pernie Perkins and Verta Mae Banks.
She is survived by: her sons, William Smith (Linn) of Parrish and Aaron Smith (Kathy) of Berry; her grandchildren, Sherry Smith of Parrish, Ricky Smith (Katie) of Tuscaloosa, Tonya Smith of Parrish, Michell Busbee (Chris) of Berry, David Smith (Amy) of Berry and Miranda Andrews (Terrence) of Decatur; and her great great grandchild Baby Smith. She is also survived by great great grandchildren; along with a host of loving nephews and nieces.
