Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Billie Schrimpshire of Berry, Alabama, who passed away at the age of 87, on September 27, 2024. She was predeceased by: her husband Claude Harlon Schrimpshire Sr.; her parents, Bill Dunn and Leona Dunn; and her sisters, Casteva Corley and Geneva Myers.
She is survived by: her children, Claude Harlon Schrimpshire Jr. (Leslie), Lee Schrimpshire Tettleton (Tony) and Mark Dewain Schrimpshire (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Olivia Tettleton, Kyle Tettleton, Becky Todd Skanes (Jerriet), Stephanie Todd Eubanks (Kenny), Alex Schrimpshire and Jack Schrimpshire. She is also survived by her 15 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chickasaw Methodist Church (108 Lee St, Chickasaw, AL 36611). Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home (6040 Three Notch Rd, Mobile, AL 36619). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Mobile Memorial Gardens (6100 Three Notch Rd, Mobile, AL 36619).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Billie's memory to her beloved Chickasaw Methodist Church.
