She was predeceased by: her husbands, Eugene "Bill" Knight and Charles Buckner; and her parents, Flora Gilreath and Clanton Gilreath. She is survived by: her children, Tim Knight (Sandy) and Amy Fowler (Tommy); her sister Rosa Atkins; her grandchildren, Rachel Davis, Chris Knight (Austyn), Gabe Knight and Hunter Knight; her stepgrandchildren, Dean Fowler, Justin Fowler (Amanda), Drake Fowler (Christian) and Josh Fowler (Katie); and her great grandchildren, Charlotte Knight, Lex, Clark and Evelyn Fowler.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nelson Funeral Home (3659 AL-171, Fayette, AL 35555). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
