He was predeceased by: his father Billy Ray Sullivan; his sisters, Malinda Boyles and Donna Sullivan; and his grandparents, Julie, Gloomer Sullivan, Ruth and Jim Ed Gilpin.
He is survived by: his mother Barbara Sullivan of Belk, AL; and his siblings, Tammy Wilson of Belk, AL and David Sullivan of Belk, AL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
