He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Burns; his daughters, Regina Elaine Bliven and Diane Burns; his parents, Roy Lee and Fannie Belle Burns; and his siblings, J. R. Burns and Cherrie Ann Anderson.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Lesley and Kaylee Bliven.
