She is survived by: her children, Keith Hawkins, Kenny Hawkins, Barbara Sisco (Vance) and Tammy Wiginton (Chris); her siblings, Dale Blaylock (Betty), Ridgeview, West, Danny Blaylock (Karen), Judy Dykes (Bobby) and Shirley Gail Birmingham; her grandchildren, Brandy Bowlings, Josh Hawkins, Blake Winsett (Meagan), Jerrica Richards (Kevin), Nicole Hawkins (Amber), Tyler Hawkins (Mary Ann) and Justin Hawkins (Nicole); and her great grandchildren, Hunter Gann, TJ Hawkins, Nora Winsett, Caleb Richards and Lizzy Randolph. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews.
