He is survived by: his wife Mary Nell Perkins; his son James Glen Perkins (Little James); his stepsons, Teddy Gunter and Eddy Gunter; his daughter Kathy Miller; his stepdaughter Mary Ann Dollar; and his sister Lynda Glover. He is also survived by grand children and great grandchildren.
