He was predeceased by: his wife Nelda J. Sutera; his parents, Phillip Sutera and Margaret Lazara Sutera; his children, Sharon Randolph and Phillip Stanford; and his brother Salvatore "Sam" Sutera.
He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Wheat of Beaverton; his grandchildren, Sonia Hermance, Tina Martin, Ceaser Noriega, Louis Teel (Misty), Michelle Teel and Dawn Marie Diaz; his great grandchildren, Joseph, Gisel, Christopher, Francesca, Nicole Diaz, Astin, Allison Teel, Brianna and Michal Cridell; and his sister Mary Hlodovchech of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
