He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Arthur and Mary Ann Arthur; and his brother-in-law Jim Brinkerhoff. He is survived by: his sister Mary Arthur Brinkerhoff; his nieces, Amy Brinkerhoff (Johnny Pak) and Anna Brinkerhoff (Jason Bramburger); his nephew Ben Brinkerhoff (Marybeth); his great-niece Naomi James Brinkerhoff; and his close friends, Mark and Nancy Mazza.
