He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jane Tucker Phillips; his sons, Stephen Phillips (Heather Allen Phillips) and Bryan Phillips (Rachel Valentine Phillips); his brother Stewart Phillips (Dorothy); his sister-in-law Margaret Phillips; his grandchildren, Faith Phillips Keeton (Daniel Keeton), Matthew Phillips, Joshua Phillips and Maya Phillips; and his great grandchild Ryker Keeton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
