She was predeceased by: her husband R. C. Bailey; her children, Jerry Wayne and Darlene Bailey; her granddaughter Felecia Hollis; her parents, Earsey Carpenter and Patsy Carpenter; and her sister Eunice Elkins.
She is survived by: her children, Louise Chapman (Ray), Norma Perkins (Wade), Reba Bailey, Linda Briscoe (Dennis) and Gary Bailey (Angela); her sister Arvalene Ray; and her grandchildren, Lorenzo Garcia, Gina Garcia, Megan Daniel Briscoe, Elizabeth Bailey, Sarah Bailey, Julianna Bailey and Laura Bailey. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
