He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Mann; his children, Beverly Pennington, Valerie Hulsey (Nathan) and Jason Mann (Sarah); his siblings, Royce Mann, Edith Adams and Reda Cole; and his grandchildren, Destiny Pennington, Dustin Pennington, Maegan Hulsey, Mason Hulsey, Melanie Hulsey, Amelia Mann and Shelby Mann.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
