He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joe, Ethel Palmer and Homer; his father Olen Palmer; his brother Ronald Lee Palmer (Kristy); and his brothers-in-law, Randy Burnett and Gary Reich.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Pickard Palmer; his mother Essie Faye Palmer; his sons, Ken Palmer (Melissa) and Jonathan Palmer (Marie); his siblings, Linda Burnett, Larry Palmer and Janet Vandiver; his grandchildren, Maddie Brimer (Jarad), Macie Palmer, Julian Palmer, Zoe Palmer and Jana Palmer; and his great grandchild Kendyl Brimer.
