He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Bickerstaff; his parents, Seborn Rudicell and Opal McMullin Rudicell; and his great grandchild Noah Bickerstaff. He is survived by: his children, Kathy, Brenda Gary, Glenda Warren, Linda Childers, Nelson Bickerstaff and David Bickerstaff. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
