He is survived by: his children, Quinton Hulsey (Debbie), Becky Stutts, Glenn Hulsey (Julie), Anita Baccus (David) and Kate Gluck; and his siblings, Bonnie Strickland (Harold), Barbara Shirley, Dee Hulsey (Londia), Betty Phillips (Arnold), Jimmy Hulsey (Dianne) and Connie Hulsey. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
