He is survived by: his wife Marie Heatherly-Edwards; and his children, James Edwards (Wendy), Jerry Edwards (Melinda), Jeff Edwards (Brenda), Mike Edwards (Debbi), Kenneth Edwards (Larisa) and Janice Freeman (Ronnie). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; and 36 great-grandchildren.
