He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawson Cook and Kathleen Cook; his children, Timothy Cook and Christie Cook; his siblings, Melody Adair and Randel Cook; and his grandparents, Rufus, Henrietta Cook, Olen and Frolee Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Stella "Lou" Cook; and his siblings, Edwin Cook and Celena Watson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
